Returns and Exchanges policy

Hey there! So, you've found yourself in a bit of a pickle, huh? Don't worry, we've got your back! We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's totally cool. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Pickleball Groove, so here's the lowdown:

If you're not completely thrilled with your item (which, by the way, is the epitome of pickleball fashion), you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the item. We'll gladly give you a full refund or exchange it for another item. Just make sure you inspect the item immediately when you receive it. Please note that returns or exchanges outside the 30 day return window will not be accepted, refunded or mailed back.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Size Change

  • Please email us at admin@pickleballgroove.com with your order number and the new size you would like.
  • Note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.  

Received the Wrong Item

  • Please email us at admin@pickleballgroove.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received and we'll resolve the situation.

Received a Defective Item

  • Please email us at admin@pickleballgroove.com with your order number and a photo of the defective item you received and we'll resolve the situation.

Now, we do have a few ground rules for returns. First off, the item must be in its original condition. We know you're dying to show off your pickleball style, but please resist the urge to wear the shirt while playing a heated match. We can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged. (We're pretty sure you wouldn't want to receive a shirt covered in pickleball sweat, right?)

Once we’ve confirmed that you are eligible for a return, we’ll then provide you with the address to return the purchase. Easy peasy, drop-shot squeezy!

Once we receive the shirt and confirm that it's in its original condition, we'll process your refund or exchange. If you opted for a refund, we'll credit the original payment method you used when placing the order within 10 days of when we receive it. If you chose to exchange the shirt, we'll ship out the new item faster than you can say "pickleball champion."

Oh, and one more thing: You'll need to pay the cost of shipping for returns (we're a small business, after all!) Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
